Shipping Policy

  • All domestic orders and returns are shipped via USPS (United States
    Postal Service), UPS (United Parcel Service), DHL, or FedEx. Your
    tracking email will provide you with the carrier and tracking information
    for your shipment.
  • Free shipping is offered for orders over $200.00 within the 50 continental states.
  • Orders over $200.00 require insurance or signature delivery.
  • We offer multiple shipping options (Standard, 2 Business Day, and Next Business Day). Orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico are not eligible for free standard shipping.
  • All delivery dates are estimates from the mail carrier. Please note, Keywest Sterling Silver is not responsible for time delays due to weather incidents and economic issues with shipping times.
  • Shipping Charges are non-refundable.
  • Overnight shipping is available when orders are received Monday – Friday by 5:00 PM. Overnight can be selected in the delivery cart.
  • Once your order has shipped a tracking email will be sent with the carrier’s information.
  • Please Note: Items ordered together will not always ship together.

If your package arrives damaged, if your order has not arrived by the date listed in your shipping confirmation email, or if you have any other questions or concerns regarding shipping, please email us at customercare@keywesterlingsilver.com. Keep all packaging materials and paperwork, and send a picture of the damaged package with your email. Damaged items must be made within 5 days of the expected delivery date of your order. Keywest Sterling Silver is not responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.
