4) Tracking Technologies

We and our partners/affiliates/service providers use cookies, pixels/beacons, tags, browser fingerprinting, recognition technologies, and scripts to analyze trends, administer the Websites, track movements, and gather demographics. Reports may be provided to us on an individual and aggregate basis. We may combine such data with third-party information (including your name/mailing address) to determine interest in direct mail.

Our Websites collect “session data” (e.g., clicks/touches, mouse movements, scrolling, keystrokes, data entered, device info/orientation, screen size) for analytics and user-experience improvements. We may share session data with analytics/service providers who use it solely on our behalf.

Third parties may also use tracking technologies in connection with our Websites, including to collect information about your online activities over time and across third-party sites/services.

We and third-party vendors (e.g., Google, Facebook) use first-party and third-party cookies, device fingerprinting, web beacons, and similar technologies to measure ad impressions, ad service uses, and interactions, and to relate them to Website visits and broader Internet activity. For example, Google’s DoubleClick cookie enables ads based on your visits to our Websites and other sites/services.

5) Social Media Features

Our Websites may include social features (e.g., Facebook “Like”), widgets (e.g., “Share This”), or mini-apps. These may collect your IP address, the page you visit, and set a cookie to function properly. Anything you post may be read, collected, and used by others. We are not responsible for the privacy/security of information you make public, or for others’ use/misuse of such content.

7) International Users

Our Websites are operated in, and intended for users located in, the United States. If you access from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be transferred to, processed, stored, and used in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ and government access requests may apply. By using the Websites or providing information, you consent to the transfer, processing, use, sharing, and storage of your information in the U.S. as described here.

8) Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you (e.g., email to the address in your account or a notice on the Website) before they take effect. Because we may change this Policy at any time, please review it periodically. Your continued use of the Websites after changes are posted constitutes your agreement to those changes.
