We offer a 1-year warranty period with proof of purchase. The warranty covers defects in the manufacturing process

What is not covered under the Warranty?

  • Normal wear and tear of jewelry
  • Alterations or resizing of the jewelry
  • Tarnishing of the jewelry from oils, lotions, and skin care products
  • Using harsh and damaging jewelry cleaners in our products
  • Bending the jewelry, such as a bracelet, to fit your wrists

If your item qualifies under warranty guidelines, please email customercare@keyweststerlingsilver.com with the following:

  • Name of item or product number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the item
  • Proof or date of purchase

We will respond to your email the same day.
