Key West Sterling Silver offers a 14-day return policy. Items must be in perfect
resale condition. Items that show signs of wear or have been altered, resized, or
damaged cannot be accepted for return.
Please Note: Christmas Holiday Purchases made from November 1st – December
30th can be returned by January 15th.
Credit or charge card purchases will receive credit to the original cardholder’s account on which the purchase was made. If a credit or charge card has been used to make this purchase, the terms and conditions in the agreement between the cardholder and the issuer of that credit card shall also apply.
Eligible items for return must be returned to Keywest Sterling Silver by mail, with
the product in its original packaging with tags, in order to receive a full refund.

We will respond to your email the same day. With every qualifying return order purchased on the website, we will send you a pre-paid, pre-addressed return shipping label can be printed.
